We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic product team. You will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive product decisions and improve user experiences across our platform.
What You Will Be Doing
Build and maintain interactive PowerBI dashboards for stakeholders across the organization
Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, feature adoption, and product performance metrics
Assist clients with data migration and create clear data mapping documentation
Identify trends and opportunities for product improvement
Support data-driven decision making through data visualization
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Present findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields
Experience in data analysis, preferably in a product or SaaS environment
Strong proficiency in PowerBI for dashboard creation and data visualization
Strong business acumen with ability to understand complex client operations
Able to communicate in English
Most importantly, a great attitude and willingness to learn
