Responsibilities
Identify user needs with our Product Team to understand user requirements and develop solutions to achieve our company goals.
Create user personas, user flows, and information architecture to guide the design process and ensure a seamless user journey.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with best practices in UX and UI design.
Prototype interactive experiences and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.
Advocate for user-centered design principles, accessibility, and inclusivity throughout the design process.
Requirements
2 to 3 years of work experience as a UI/UX designer.
Problem solver and take initiative to find solutions
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, user flows and site maps.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Ability to articulate one's design decisions and openness to taking feedback.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Graphic design experience and ability to illustrate will be a bonus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user insights into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and work in cross-functional teams.
Portfolio exhibiting work examples in UI/UX design experience is required.
