We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Product Manager to join Little Lives, a leading provider of management software solutions for schools in SEA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our enterprise SaaS products across the region. As a Senior Product Manager, you will possess exceptional execution skills and a proven track record of scaling SaaS products. Your ability to conduct in-depth customer research will be instrumental in shaping our product roadmap and delivering exceptional value to schools and educational institutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of our SaaS product portfolio for schools, ensuring alignment with Little Lives' goals and objectives.
Drive the international expansion of our school management software products, leveraging your previous experience in scaling products globally.
Conduct comprehensive customer research to gain deep insights into the needs, pain points, and preferences of schools and educational institutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
Develop and prioritise the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives, with a focus on enhancing the educational experience and efficiency of schools.
Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
Monitor key product metrics and analyse data to make data-driven decisions and optimise the performance of our school management software products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the education sector.
About you:
Previous experience working in a SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of SaaS business models, industry trends, and best practices.
Previous experience working on building and expanding a B2B/ Enterprise solution product. Demonstrated success in scaling SaaS products internationally, with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Strong execution skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks, manage resources, and deliver results within tight timelines.
Proven expertise in conducting customer research, including methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain valuable insights and inform product decisions for the education sector.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
