Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic product team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Product Manager with requirement gathering, analyzing business processes, and contributing to the conceptualization of new features and enhancements for our products.

Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Managers, Development Teams, and end-users, to elicit and document project requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive information on user needs and business objectives.
  • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications.


Process Analysis:

  • Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand workflow challenges and propose solutions.
Conceptualization:
  • Contribute to the conceptualization of new features and product enhancements based on market trends, user feedback, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to create user stories, wireframes, and other artifacts to articulate product concepts.
Documentation:
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaboration:
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.

Quality Assurance:
  • Assist in the creation of test cases and collaborate with the QA team to ensure that developed solutions meet specified requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product development environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience with requirement gathering techniques, process analysis, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
