Sales Executive (B2B, EdTech SaaS)

Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur
Work Type: Full Time

We are a fast-growing SaaS company in the EduTech space, operating mainly in Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia, with almost 2000 schools as customers. Our mission is to revolutionize early childhood education through technology and provide innovative, scalable solutions to our customers.

About the Position

Title: Sales Executive (B2B, EdTech SaaS)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Reports to: VP of New Market

We are looking for a hunter-minded B2B sales executive based in KL to drive new business across LittleLives' full portfolio — preschool/childcare, and our expansion segments of enrichment, tuition, after-school, and K12. The primary focus is on SME and independent-center accounts. You will build the pipeline from scratch and own the full sales cycle across the region.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Hunt and generate new leads through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, and market research

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across preschool/childcare and the new enrichment, tuition, after-school, and K12 segments - focus on SME deals

  • Run product demos and presentations for decision-makers

  • Own the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing

  • Maintain accurate, disciplined CRM records — pipeline stage, forecasts, activity logs, next steps

  • Represent LittleLives at industry events, seminars, and school/center visits

  • Work closely with the sales team and cross-functional partners (marketing, product, customer success) to align on target accounts and outreach priorities

  • Feed market and competitor insights back to the team to help refine how we pitch these new segments

What We Are Looking For

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience; SaaS or education/edtech experience preferred

  • Proven ability to self-source leads and independently manage a full sales cycle — a true hunter, not a farmer

  • CRM proficiency is a core requirement (e.g., HubSpot, Rework, Salesforce) — must be disciplined about pipeline hygiene and reporting

  • Trilingual: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

  • Strong presentation and consultative selling skills

  • Self-starter, target-driven, comfortable adapting as we figure out what works in new segments

  • Own transport preferred for local center/school visits

What Success Looks Like

  • A healthy, self-generated pipeline is consistently built across preschool/childcare and the new enrichment, tuition, after-school, and K12 segments

  • Sales targets are met or exceeded on a monthly/quarterly basis, with predictable, well-forecasted results

  • CRM data is accurate and current, giving the team reliable visibility into pipeline health at any point

  • New segments (enrichment, K12) show early traction — qualified opportunities and closed deals, not just outreach activity

  • Strong working relationships across the sales team and cross-functional partners keep deals moving without heavy hand-holding

Interview Process

  1. HR Screening

  2. Role Challenge

  3. Interview with Regional Growth Lead

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Salary

  • 15 days of annual leave and 1 birthday leave per year

  • Social insurance and private health insurance

  • Yearly performance bonus

  • Flexible working mode (hybrid/remote)

  • Welfare benefit up to 60 MYR/pax/month

  • Work equipment with MacBook provided
