Telecaller - 3 month contract (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling:

Contact preschools and kindergartens to collect information regarding:

School fees / Types of programs offered / Student-to-teacher ratios / Current usage of school management systems (if any).


Data Collection & Reporting:

Accurately record responses in a predefined template or system.

Provide daily/weekly reports on call outcomes and collected data.


Follow-Up:

Revisit incomplete calls or gather missing information when needed.

Clarify any ambiguities in the data collected.


Professional Communication:

Represent the company positively, ensuring a friendly and respectful tone during all interactions.

Address any basic queries from schools and escalate more complex questions to the team.



Requirements

Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.

Strong communication skills in English and Malay (fluency in Mandarin is a bonus).

Ability to maintain a professional demeanor during phone interactions.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage and record data accurately.

Self-motivated, able to work independently, and meet call targets.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software for data entry and tracking.
