DESCRIPTION
If helping tech talent discover careers they love is what you love, this is a role for you. As the Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for our teams in all offices (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore & Vietnam). You will focus on sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates as well as ensuring they hit the ground running. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and be dotted to Regional People Lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Here's what’s in store:
Talent acquisition - 80%
Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting activities
Perform passive sourcing activities such as LinkedIn Sourcing to build up pipeline
Provide a high-quality interview experience for every candidate
Provide regular recruitment status reports and communicate the progress with departments
Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruitment strategy
Responsible to create TA report in collaboration with regional people team
Operations - 20%
In charge of Malaysia People operations activities, in coordination with regional People team
Responsibility for new employee onboarding including prepare asset, maintain hardcopy documents, etc in coordination with regional People team
In charge of new joiner contract and relevant documents preparation and follow up
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone who has - Minimum qualifications
1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience as a people operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
Mature, responsible individual handling confidential information and discreet about personnel issues/ matters.
Strong sense of pride in their own work, responsibility and detail-orientation.
A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.
Experience with sustained performance, accountability, strong work ethic, and integrity.
Experience with solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.
Good grasp of technical requirements in Start-ups and internet companies.
An active and data-driven approach to problem-solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient.
